Emotional Intelligence is considered to be one of most important element behind courage, risk-taking appetite, focus and clarity in your personal & professional life.

We are naturally created to express ourselves & our emotions in our own unique way. It is only when we are not able to do that completely, atyachar takes place for our dear emotions and for us and this creates an obstacle for enhacing our emotional intelligence.

In today’s world of expectations, social media, deadlines, pressures, stress – let us use the science of theatre and discover a new way of managing our emotions maturely.

About the Facilitator : Prashant Chawla

Prashant is the founder and brain behind Actcelerate, and its unique formula of using Theatre & Arts(Meditation, Improvisation, Cinema, Dance, Music & other arts forms) in corporate training to make the sessions innovative, fun and engaging.

Prashant started his professional journey in 2001 as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young. Having gathered 2 years of experience, he took a leap of faith to leave a corporate career behind and chose to pursue his passion in Theatre & Arts. Prashant went on to get trained in theatre by professors of National School of Drama (NSD) and thus started his career as a professional actor in Mumbai.

Actcelerate is born

It was during his journey as an actor that Prashant went through Leadership Training in Mumbai in 2009. This is where Actcelerate was born in 2013 combining his experience of Theatre, Arts & Leadership Training to create and deliver experiential training programs. Inspired to take these creative techniques to power corridors, the team devised a unique technique for maximum impact using Theatre & Arts.

They now consistently use this methodology for the benefit of organisations and individuals to help achieve growth, innovation and oneness.

Prashant and his team now conduct various training programmes across​ ​the country, and abroad in​ South-East Asia​ and the Far East. They have covered over 40+ corporations such as
